Replacement Cartridge
This is the part a customer replaces, so it decides whether a filtration programme is profitable after the first sale. We build the membrane ourselves, which is why the element can be specified by polymer rather than bought in.
LX-A1 is the universal 10-inch element at Φ70 × 254 mm. LX-A2 is the same format built for OEM programmes, with custom flow rates and laser or inkjet end-cap branding. LX-A3 is the 1812 size at Φ56 mm for compact housings.
All three are available in PS, PVDF or PES and operate between 4 and 45 °C. Elements ship vacuum-sealed with food-grade silicone O-rings so the hydrophilic fibers do not dry out.

LX-A1 Universal 10-Inch UF Membrane Element
Universal 10-inch hollow fiber UF element, Φ70 × 254 mm, in PS, PVDF or PES at 0.01 micron. Fits standard 10-inch housings and replaces the cartridge in existing under-sink systems.

LX-A3 1812 UF Membrane Element
1812 format hollow fiber UF element, Φ56 mm, in PS, PVDF or PES at 0.01 micron and about 0.35 kg. For compact 1812 housings in residential and light commercial systems.

Custom UF Cartridge — OEM / ODM
Custom-built ultrafiltration cartridges for private-label programmes: membrane formulation, housing format, flow rate, end-cap branding and retail packaging are specified per project and produced on our own spinning line in Foshan.
