Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membranes — Factory Direct
We spin our own PVDF hollow fiber membrane in Foshan, Guangdong, and build the modules and cartridges around it for other people’s brands. 23 production models across 10 categories. The ultrafiltration range is certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and passed NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 lead-content testing; RO models sit outside both.

Membrane, spun in-house
Hollow fiber membrane is made on the same Foshan site as cartridge assembly and the testing lab. Pore consistency, hydrophilicity, mechanical strength and batch-to-batch repeatability are the four variables that decide real filtration performance, and we control all four rather than buying them.
Choose the format
23 production models across 10 categories: under-sink UF and RO systems, whole-house and central ultrafiltration units, faucet and shower filters, outdoor straws, pouches, pumps and bottles, plus 10-inch and 1812 membrane elements.
Make it your brand
Membrane formulation, housing construction, laser-engraved logos, colour and retail packaging are all customisable. The faucet filter ships in a gift box with a spare O-ring and a multilingual installation guide; cartridges and pre-treatment elements in colour boxes.
Sell it with the paperwork
We hold an NSF/ANSI 42 certificate and an NSF/ANSI/CAN 372-2024 lead-content evaluation report for the PES ultrafiltration membrane, with CE attestations on individual models. Because scope is issued per model, we send the certificate that names your model rather than claiming a mark across the range.
What our PFAS data does and does not say
This is the whole of what we can evidence on PFAS, with the boundary stated in the same breath as the finding. Private-label buyers put this question to us in writing more than any other, and a summary that over-reaches is worse than no finding at all.
What was measured
NSF International extracted the Orange ULTRAFILTRATION - PES membrane component without media for report J-00528974, tested to NSF/ANSI 42-2023, result PASS. Laboratory activity ran from 11 August to 11 September 2025 at NSF Ann Arbor, under DCC WT21185.
What the PFAS panel returned
Nine compounds on the panel, and every one came back below its reporting limit. Those limits sit between 3 and 6 ng/L. The control returned the same way, so the non-detects are not an artefact of the method or of the laboratory water.
What it does not say
Extraction measures what may leave the membrane, not what the membrane stops. It cannot support a claim about removing PFAS from feed water, and a 0.01 micron ultrafiltration fibre is not the stage that would do it: dissolved species pass through, which is why activated carbon or reverse osmosis sits downstream. We hold no report containing a PFAS reduction figure for any model, so no such figure appears on this site.
What we customise
- Membrane material and formulation (PVDF, stainless-steel hollow fiber)
- Filtration precision and media stack (UF, carbon block, ceramic, mixed media)
- Flow grade — 3000, 5000, 8000 and 10000 L/h on whole-house units
- Housing material: 304 stainless steel or tankless plastic
- Laser-engraved logo and brand marking
- Colour options, six on the shower filter line
- Retail packaging: gift box, colour box, multilingual guides
- Certification scope to match the destination market
