Reading the numbers
One parameter, one method. The entire test is Material Screening for Lead by XRF against NSF reference procedure C0513, and the single outcome is that lead content verification passed. There is no leaching rate, no extraction value, no other element and no performance measurement anywhere in these three pages.
The sample is recorded as a Component under the trade designation Orange ULTRAFILTRATION - PES, so this speaks to the lead content of the PES membrane material. It does not cover housings, brass fittings, solder or any other part of an assembled device, and it is not a whole-product lead-free statement.
XRF is a screening technique: it answers what a material contains rather than what it releases into water. The report does not claim otherwise, and neither do we.
This document is a test report, not a certificate. NSF prints the limit on the page itself - the report does not represent NSF Certification or authorisation to use the NSF Mark, and that authorisation is limited to products appearing in the NSF Official Listing. The NSF/ANSI 42 certificate is a separate document; the 372 result lives here.
No product model numbers appear anywhere in these three pages, which is why the certification section does not attach a 372 claim to a model list drawn from this report.

Ordering against a report
Send us the specification you need covered. We reply with the document that names that model, or we tell you plainly that we do not hold one - either answer is more useful than a percentage on a web page.
