Italian Customers Tour the Factory for Custom UF Filter Cartridges

Customers from Italy recently travelled to our production base for an on-site inspection centred on custom ultrafiltration filter cartridges. The trip combined a factory audit with direct order negotiation, building trust through what they could see on the line.

The visit was arranged specifically to inspect our plant and align a customised order — a clear signal of confidence in our product quality and customisation capability, and further evidence of our long-term work in the European water filtration market.

Seeing the manufacturing first-hand

Our core team accompanied the delegation through the production workshop, the quality inspection centre and the R&D area, showing the complete manufacturing process, quality control flow and automated capacity behind custom ultrafiltration cartridges.

Our engineering team answered questions one-to-one on the points that decide a European programme: water compatibility in the destination market, cartridge customisation parameters, antifouling performance, and service life.

Our custom ultrafiltration cartridges carry NSF certification and comply with international drinking water safety standards, meeting the strict quality requirements of the European premium market. The customers recognised both the product performance and the discipline of the production system.

From inspection to agreement

In the business meeting that followed, both sides worked through cartridge specification, batch production, delivery schedule, cross-border service and long-term cooperation, and reached agreement efficiently.

The customers said the on-site visit removed their concerns about product compatibility, quality consistency and capacity, and that they look forward to developing the Italian and wider European market together.
