Saudi Customers Visit to Discuss an OEM Shower Filter Programme

In late May, a core customer from Saudi Arabia visited Guangdong Orange Filtration Technology Co., Ltd. to hold detailed business and technical discussions on an exclusive OEM customisation programme for shower filters, built around our full range of ultrafiltration (UF) membrane technology.

Interest in the technology, not the catalogue

In the Middle East, tap water commonly carries secondary contamination from the distribution network — rust, sediment and microplastics. Locally, this is a major contributor to hair loss and skin sensitivity among consumers.

What attracted this customer was not the usual approach of coarse filtration with activated carbon or PP cotton. It was our drinking-water-grade hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, applied at 0.01 micron precision to shower water purification.

Strong rejection without giving up flow

In the meeting room our R&D team demonstrated how the ultrafiltration core keeps high rejection rates while still delivering a comfortable shower flow. The customer was direct in response: only a source factory that develops its own ultrafiltration membranes can help a brand build a real moat.

Full-chain OEM, from membrane to packaging

As the source manufacturer, we supply more than the membrane itself. The visit aligned a complete flexible customisation chain: membrane formulation, housing construction, laser-engraved logos, and packaging that meets international safety standards such as NSF.

Both sides confirmed the production schedule and delivery timeline for the first OEM project on the spot.
